  • Disse overløbs- / kontrolventiler er ideelle til regulering af tryksystemer til neutrale og ikke-neutrale gasser og dampe og - afhængigt af tætningen - også til vanddamp.
  • Ventilerne i 453-serien er ideel til brug i kemiske anlæg, biogasanlæg, i testbænkteknologi, i maskine- og apparaturkonstruktion, i skibsbygning og udstyr, i afsaltningsanlæg, offshore applikationer og i sekundære områder inden for fødevare-, drikkevare- og farmaceutiske industrier - og kosmetikindustrien.
Anvendelse
  • Disse overløbsventiler eller kontrolventiler er specielt udviklet til komplekse applikationer, for eksempel med store overløbsmængder, tyktflydende medier eller modtryk, der opstår.
  • Bælgeventilen er lavet af modtrykskompenserende rustfrit stål, så ethvert modtryk, der virker på udløbssiden, ikke påvirker ventilens indstilling.
  • Kompressionsfjedrene er designet meget præcist til indstillingsområderne med det teknisk komplekse design af de funktionelle dele i flowområdet og i huset.
  • Som et resultat garanterer disse overløbsventiler usædvanligt høje strømningshastigheder med en meget proportional kontroladfærd.
